Discover the power of Christian financial planning

Filed under: General — goldenblogtips @ 8:14 am

The Bible transforms people. One of the ways the Bible transforms Christians is in our relationship to money—Christian financial planning is central to the teachings of the Bible. In fact, there are more references in the Bible to money than to salvation. Christian financial planning is important to God.

As a Christian, the most important thing you will do in this world is use your life to glorify God and serve others. Before you can have the relationship with your finances that God wants you to have, you must discover God’s purpose for your life. If you haven’t done that yet, ask your minister for guidance.

As soon as you discover God’s purpose for your life, everything becomes much clearer. Not easier, just clearer. As Christians, we are called to be good stewards of all that God has given us. Christian financial planning begins with giving back to God in our tithes and offerings to the church. When we plan our finances on a foundation of faith, God promises to open the windows of heaven to prosper us in everything we do.

The Bible is full of financial planning advice that will bring blessings and prosperity to everyone who puts these principles into practice, whether they are Christians or not. If you have large credit card debt, your first goal should be to pay it off as fast as possible. Needless to say, Christian financial planning can work for everyone.

Poverty does not bring us closer to God. God wants to prosper Christians so that we can bless the world around us. The Bible is your personal financial counselor. Dig into it to discover God’s teachings about how to manage your finances. Always pray as husband and wife before you make decisions about how to use your money. Your whole life will start to change when you follow God’s plan for your finances, and then God will be able to change the world through you.
